What You'll Do:
Diagnose & Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles, from routine maintenance to complex mechanical issues.
Customer Service: Provide clear, honest communication with customers, explaining issues and recommended repairs in a way they understand.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Standards: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep the work area clean and organized.
What We're Looking For:
Experience: Minimum of 6 years as an Auto Technician/Mechanic, with a strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
Certifications: ASE certification is a plus, but not required. Willingness to pursue certification is essential.
Technical Skills: Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software, with the ability to troubleshoot a wide range of vehicle issues.
Attention to Detail: High standards for quality work and a commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
