Master Automotive Technician
Express Auto Service is seeking a Master Automotive Technician to support advanced diagnostics and complex repair work at our Fredericksburg location.
This is a senior-level technician role focused on solving difficult drivability concerns, electrical issues, and complex mechanical problems that require advanced diagnostic skill and experience.
Compensation & Benefits
- $100,000–$130,000 annually (based on experience and capability)

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair advanced mechanical and electrical vehicle issues
- Handle complex drivability and performance concerns
- Lead high-level diagnostic workflows and repair planning
- Support technical accuracy across the shop when needed
- Ensure high-quality, efficient repair execution
Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of advanced automotive technician experience
- Strong diagnostic specialization (engine performance, electrical systems, drivability)
- ASE Master Certification preferred or equivalent experience
- Ability to independently resolve complex vehicle issues
- Strong communication and technical problem-solving ability
